Formica 180fx Countertops Look Just Like Granite

Formica came out recently with some stunning new countertops. Sounds like they took actual photos of stone and somehow got those images into their countertop material.

I met up with a local Formica countertop salesman this week who showed it to me and left one of the samples. This Formica countertop material is really incredible stuff. I’m still floored by it. For those who want the granite look without the cost and maintenance or real stone countertops, this could be the answer.

The countertop pattern repeats every five feet or so, so redundancy shouldn’t be an issue. Formica’s Website has pictures of each of their new patterns, and you can browse through all of the available 180fx countertops. I think Antique Mascarello might be my favorite.
